• 1) Reissuance of certificates can be requested by logging in as an individual member.
• 2) For reissuance, a fee of 10,000 KRW for the certificate and 11,000 KRW for the badge will be charged.
• 3) The certificate includes the English name (in uppercase letters). Please log in to the website and check your English name under [My Page] ¡æ [Edit Personal Information]. The Association is not responsible for any errors resulting from incorrect member information.
• 4) Please make sure that the phone number and mailing address entered in your member information are correct when submitting your request. Certificates are sent via regular mail only; registered mail is not available.
• 5) Notes on Name Change
  • ¨ç To request a change of your Korean name, please submit a request through the 1:1 Inquiry section. You will be guided through the necessary procedures and required documents. Once the documents are submitted as instructed, the change will be completed within 2~3 days.
  • ¨è Your English name can be edited directly on the My Page section. (Changes cannot be made through the Association)
