Sensory experience is a multi-modal perception that includes taste, smell, touch, sound and sight. The 3rd wave of coffee, Specialty coffee, has transformed coffee consumption into an experience. The efforts to retain quality from seed to cup are as important as ever and the EUCA Sensory Cupping and Tasting Module aim to introduce complex sets of integrated multi-modal sense through training and experiences. The EUCA offers a diversified sensory experience to ensure trainees’ appreciation of quality coffee.

EUCA SENSORY CUPPING & TASTING QUALIFICATION EXAM

A person who has completed Sensory Cupping & Tasting training at EUCA certified education institution will be able to apply for the Qualification Exam at Authorized EUCA Venues (AEV).
